How to position a new gifting service born out of a commercial bank?

Loupy (the working name for Koos) is a gifting service that emerged from an entrepreneurial venture from Rabobank. The service enables their user to send a personalised message and a monetary gift that can be redeemed as cash or a coupon with added value at any one of the partner outlets. Having a solid promoter like Rabobank ensures robustness and quality of service. However, the founders of the service approached us to craft a brand around the product that resonates with the bustling younger generation and identify the right segment and strategy to launch the product.
